Summary of Steps

Open the 'Complete Validation Form' link in your email. You will receive an email from Lucra asking you to complete a validation form at the request of the law firm responsible for receiving/making a payment from/to you (if not in your inbox, check junk folder). Click > Complete Validation Form link in the email.

Review T&Cs. Select the tick box to agree to the terms and conditions and policies, then click > Continue.

Set up security credentials.

 

Choose a password (12 characters or more, with at least one capital letter and one number). Then, click > Next.

 

Set up an authentication method. Complete prompts and enter code(s), then click > Continue.

Input ID details. Once your account is set up, click > Continue to input your personal or business' details. For businesses, please answer the questionnaire to ensure that you are the correct person to complete the form.

Select bank. Select your bank from our list of over 1,800 institutions across the UK and EU. You can search for your bank in the search bar (type bank's full name, not abbreviated). Access to your account is only to share account details - it does not enable anyone access to your funds or authority to make payments. Once you found and selected your bank, hit > Next.

Authorise access. Review the terms of the account information access. If OK, hit > Accept. If you change your mind or made a mistake and would like to select a different bank account, click > Reject - Choose New Account. If you have any questions about this, please speak to the law firm that invited you to Lucra or contact Lucra support at support@lucra.cc.

Sign in to online banking. If accepted, you'll be taken to your bank's online banking login page or mobile banking app. Authenticate your access and confirm your authorisation to share account details by following the on-screen prompts.

Complete validation. Once done, you'll be taken back to the Lucra platform. Select > Complete Validation to complete the validation form. Then > Take me to my dashboard to see your details. At this stage, there is nothing further for you to action; your details will be made available to the law firm.
